Lead stakeholder workshops to align on engagement objectives and define strategic priorities for the project.
Conduct and synthesise user interviews and observational studies to uncover key needs, pain points, and opportunities, guiding where design efforts will have the greatest impact.
Drive ideation and development of design solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Facilitate feedback sessions with users and stakeholders, translating insights into actionable design improvements.
Oversee iteration of the design to ensure solutions are refined, effective, and aligned with overall product strategy.
Establish and maintain a comprehensive UI design system with reusable components, enabling consistency, scalability, and efficiency across the app.
Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of the design approach, while fostering strong cross-functional partnerships.
Advocate for the adoption of the design system and its patterns across teams, promoting design best practices and elevating the quality of user experiences throughout the organisation.
